Company History

The Weibel Insurance Agency was started by William R. Weibel in 1963 after his retirement with the county of Alameda. He then moved to Hayward, CA, purchased a mobile home and experienced great difficulty finding insurance for his new residence. He decided to become an insurance agent and make it easier for mobile home owners to be able to inquire about and to purchase the best possible insurance with the lowest possible price.

In 1972 Diane E. White (daughter) acquired the business from her father. In 1997 John Scott Wilson, grandson to William Weibel and son to Diane White became and agent and is part of the on-going trend to offer the best possible in specialty-line insurance.
